1. What this platform is

This platform is for introductions with the intention of marriage, conducted the correct Islamic way. It is a means of supervised introduction only. It does not conclude a marriage contract, does not register one, and does not act on behalf of any official or religious authority.

2. Eligibility and registration

You must be at least the minimum age the platform sets, and the information you provide must be truthful and complete. No account is activated before identity verification has been completed.

3. Your responsibility for the legal consequences of marriage

Each user is solely responsible for the legal consequences of any previous marriage conducted outside the law, whether ongoing or ended, and equally for any marriage that is not legally registered and recognized by the Syrian Arab Republic. The platform accepts no responsibility for those consequences, nor for the accuracy of what a user declares about their marital status.

4. Conduct

You agree to communicate respectfully and within Islamic bounds in every exchange on the platform. Conversations are screened automatically for violations, and the configured consequences follow when one is found.

5. Legal consequences of violations

Violating the platform's rules may expose you to legal consequences, in addition to the action the platform itself takes — a warning, a temporary suspension, or a permanent ban.

6. Subscriptions and no refund on a ban

Subscriptions are paid and are not refundable where an account is banned for breaching these terms. A ban gives no entitlement to a refund of anything paid.

7. Privacy

Your data is handled according to the Privacy Policy published on the platform, which forms an integral part of these terms.

8. Changes to these terms

Updated versions of these terms may be published. When a material version is published you will be asked to accept it again before continuing to use the platform.
