Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account data: email, a hashed password, gender, date of birth, and interface language.
• Profile data: your answers to the questions the platform's staff define.
• Verification evidence: a photograph of your identity document, a selfie, and the recorded outcome of your interview.
• Usage data: messages, likes, bookings, and device information.

2. Identity documents and photographs

Identity documents and selfies are stored in a private object store and are never reachable through a public link. Only their owner and authorized reviewers can see them, and every staff view of them is written to the audit log.

3. Identity signals

To prevent ban evasion and duplicate accounts we retain irreversible signals: a device fingerprint, a numerical representation of facial features, and hashes of the identity-document number, the email address and the phone number. We do not retain raw biometric data.

4. Automated processing and AI

Automated systems compare your selfie with your identity document on an advisory basis, and screen conversation content for violations. The final verification decision is made by a human reviewer.

5. Who can see your data

Your profile answers are shown to other members according to each field's visibility policy and the privacy choices you make. No conversation is possible before a mutual match.

6. Retention

Account data is kept for as long as the account exists. Verification evidence is deleted once its retention period elapses. Consent records for legal documents are retained permanently for legal defensibility, including after an account is deleted.

7. Your rights

You may access and correct your data, control the visibility of your profile fields, and request deletion of your account, subject to the legal obligations described above.
